Basket Case (1982)

This is a super low budget film about a young man who comes to New York City with his deformed siamese twin brother (who lives in the titular basket) to seek revenge on the doctors who separated them against their will. It's a schlocky, gory film with a good sense of humor and decent acting from most of the cast, as well as a very memorable little monster. Probably only for fans of cheesy 80's horror, but I enjoyed it quite a bit.
