Seconds Apart (2011)

A pair of twins with psychic powers have a murderous hobby, and it's up to an embittered detective (played by Orlando "Make 7 Up Yours" Jones... no, really) to track them down. This is a surprisingly good movie, with a fairly original story and some really gruesome and intense scenes. The first 2/3 of the film are really great, but the final act falls apart a bit by introducing some unnecessary exposition that doesn't really add anything to the story and kind of interrupts the momentum the film had built up. Still, even somewhat flawed as it is, I highly recommend this one as an example of modern horror done right.
