A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987)

Generally regarded as the best of the Nightmare sequels (although New Nightmare is my personal favorite), this one is about a group of teenagers who are all Freddy Kreuger "survivors", although he still haunts their dreams every night. Living together in a mental ward, and led by Nancy Thompson (you know, the chick from the first one, with the same actress even playing the part!), they learn how to control their dreams to take Freddy on. This is definitely a worthy sequel, although I still think the original is the best in the series.
