Creepshow 2 (1987)
With names like Stephen King, George A. Romero, and Tom Savini attached, this must be a classic horror film, right? Well... parts of it are great, but overall it is much weaker than the first Creepshow. The first segment is about a wooden Indian that comes to life, and is kind of dumb. The second segment, "The Raft", is based on one of King's best short stories, and is a pretty effective adaptation. The third and final segment, "The Hitchhiker", is decent and features some great gore effects.
There are also these dumb cartoon slips that link the three main segments, and they are poorly animated and not entertaining at all. Overall I'd say that the quality of "The Raft" outweighs the downsides of the rest of the film, but I'd recommend just outright skipping the first 30 minutes.
