#28 - Visiting Hours (1982)
An outspoken talk show host is attacked by an unbalanced viewer, and is taken to the hospital to recover. The attacker then comes to the hospital to finish the job, and in his down time likes to stalk and kill other people too I guess. The plot isn't very complicated - this movie is basically just a bunch of "killer stalks his victim" scenes that are loosely connected. Overall it's not a great film, but there are some pretty tense scenes here and there.
The biggest thing this movie has going for it is Micheal Ironside. He plays a great bad guy, and even though he has very little dialogue, he conveys a lot through body language and facial expressions. The rest of the cast is decent too, and includes William Shatner in a role that serves no purpose for the story as far as I can tell.
Overall this is an okay thriller. It has a couple of decent scenes, but it's nothing to write home about and would be totally forgettable without Micheal Ironside. As it is, it's only mostly forgettable.
