Hell's Ground (Zibahkhana) (2007)
I know absolutely nothing about Pakistani film, and in fact I'm pretty sure that this is the first film from Pakistan I've ever seen, horror or otherwise. However, the internet assures me that this is Pakistan's "first gore film" - that is, the first western-style horror film that has blood and such instead of Bollywood-style song and dance numbers.
This is basically just a Pakistani version of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, only with some zombies thrown in for good measure. The effects are decent, and there is a cool original villain, but most of it is pretty standard fare for this genre. If it were an American film, it would be totally forgettable, but since it is an important landmark for Pakistani film I think it's worth a watch.
