#10 - Ice Cream Man (1995)
To give you an idea of the quality of this film, it's from the director of such classics as "Edward Penishands 2" and "Transitions: An Anal Adventure". No, it's not porn, although I suspect that most porn films feature better acting and writing. Basically, Clint Howard plays a psychotic ice cream man who kills people for some reason. Some neighborhood kids catch wind of this and investigate, and then some stuff happens and then the movie ends and you feel slightly dumber than you did 85 minutes ago.
This was actually kind of a funny movie, but mostly in a "Wow, what a hilariously bad movie" kind of way.
